What problem brought us here?
Laundry businesses can face operational problems when customer clothes, orders, identification and collection processes are managed manually. A major challenge is knowing exactly which clothes belong to which customer and making collection easier and more reliable.
What We Built
The Solution
SafariStack created EasyWash as a laundry management system designed to organize the complete laundry workflow. When a customer brings clothes into the laundry, the system records the order and provides an identification tag or order number, creating a clear connection between customer, order, clothes, status and collection. The system tracks each order's status and notifies customers when their laundry is ready for pickup.
